ZOrganize is conveniently located in Hingham, MA.
How about confidentiality?
As a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers), NAPO- NE (New England Chapter of NAPO) and ICD (Institute of Challenging Disorganization) we have a Code of Ethics we abide and uphold. We understand and respect that you have entrusted us. We never disclose who we are working with and what the situation may be.
Does ZOrganize make me throw things away?
No. ZOrganize helps you decide if you want to throw something away or not. You are in charge. You are in control. You make the final decision. We give you recommendations of organizations to donate items you no longer want. We give suggestions.
Do I need to do anything before ZOrganize comes to my space?
Please don’t do anything. We need to see how you use your space on a day-to-day basis so we can best help you.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks and PayPal. We are paid at the end of every session. Packages must be purchased before sessions begin.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We understand emergencies happen. Give us a call or email us so we can re-schedule. It is up to the discretion of ZOrganize, however our usual policy is anything less than 48 hour notice usually has a $50 cancellation fee, less than 24 hours a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation upon arrival- session needs to be paid in full.
